Director & Recycling Innovator
Murray brings over 45 years of combined experience in private enterprise and industrial chemistry. He has spent more than two decades working with Tronox and Alcoa in chemistry and extractive metallurgy, where he developed deep expertise in process problem-solving, optimisation, and plant commissioning.
A long-time advocate for sustainable innovation, Murray has collaborated with organisations such as CSIRO, Edith Cowan University, AusIndustry, and Connop Metal on research and development programs. Recognised with small business awards, Murray continues to champion advanced recycling solutions that push the boundaries of what’s possible in the circular economy.

Amir Razmjou
Technical Advisor
Associate Professor Amir Razmjou is a globally recognised expert in water treatment, membrane technology, and mineral recovery. With over 20 years of experience, Amir has led groundbreaking work in desalination and critical mineral extraction.
He is the founder of the Mineral Recovery Research Centre at Edith Cowan University (ECU) and serves as Board Director of the Membrane Society of Australasia. Amir has published more than 200 academic papers and secured over $15.4 million in research funding. His contribution to science and industry makes him a key driver of CITG’s innovation pipeline.

Business Development Manager & Project Support
Maree brings over 35 years of business experience across multiple sectors and functions. She spent over a decade as a Cost Management Accountant at Tronox, honing her skills in finance and operational performance.
Her career includes leadership roles in business management, property development, marketing, and finance. This broad experience gives Maree a unique ability to connect financial strategy with real-world project delivery. At CITG, she leads business development and project support, playing a pivotal role in ensuring our innovations are commercially and strategically successful.
